Hi! I'm Beth Culver,

I overcame burnout twice—and turned it into my life’s work.

Burnout sent me to the ER in 2014. In 2020, I juggled divorce, COVID chaos, and menopause without missing a beat at work—until I couldn’t. Woman‑centered coaching put me back together faster than I thought possible. By 2025, I’d traded the high‑pressure office for a coaching practice devoted to helping other driven women write their own second act—burnout‑free.

Across 40 years in the Department of Defense—specializing in intelligence and cybersecurity—I shattered barriers as a woman in STEM, led high‑stakes teams, and mentored brilliant women in some of the most demanding environments. Over and over, I saw the same pattern: success without alignment always ends in burnout.

Today, as a Burnout Recovery Coach, I bring deep empathy, compassion, and the ability to hold a safe, sacred space where your desires finally come front and center. Combined with mindset mastery, nervous‑system aware tools, and the 4C Burnout to Breakthrough Method, I help you:

The woman-centered coaching method goes deeper addressing the power blocks and inner barriers that hold women back from their true potential and enables real transformation.

What’s the difference between coaching and mentoring?

Traditional coaching is a collaborative, goal oriented driven process that helps individuals unlock their potential, clarify goals and take actionable steps toward personal and professional success. Mentoring involves an experienced, professional, providing guidance, advice, and knowledge based on their own experiences. It focuses on long-term personal and career development.
